Over the May Bank Holiday weekend, our Cubs headed to Galtres Retreat Lodge Park in Pickering for CubJam 2026. Building on the success of past County Cub Camps, this four-day extravaganza took our young people on an epic adventure “Around the World.”
Our pack proudly represented Team Jamaica, bringing incredible energy and spirit to a huge range of action-packed activities. A major highlight of the weekend was the return of the legendary CubMania Carnival, where we all celebrated the Cubs’ 110th Birthday Party in style.
An event this massive wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteers at Team BACSA and North Yorkshire Scouts. A huge thank you goes out to all the leaders and helpers who gave up their bank holiday weekend to support the trip. Our Cubs were an absolute credit to our group all weekend long.
