One of our Scouts, Connor has been successful in joining the North Yorkshire Europe Expedition in 2027. He was selected as one of just 30 young people to represent North Yorkshire on this trip, following a competitive selection process in November 2025 involving over 100 applicants.
“This trip is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and will help me to develop independence, teamwork, leadership and confidence, as well as allowing me to experience different cultures. I have been involved in Scouting since I was five and three-quarter years old, and it has played a very important role in helping me learn new skills, take on challenges and give back to my community.”
